About the Artwork
This jackalope features a radial sunflower motif on a violet background with teal and copper accents. The jackalope is mounted on a 6’’x12’’ laser engraved wood panel. I was inspired to capture the expansive feeling of walking through a sunflower field. The artwork was made using different matte, gloss, and metallic acrylics to add a textured effect.
Please note: Because of the nature of gloss and metallic paints, there is some color variation in different lights.
